Winter is about skiing and snowboarding across Paradiski, with Peisey-Vallandry and Les Arcs above the village and La Plagne just across the Vanoise Express. But there is plenty more beyond the pistes, from ski touring and snowshoeing to skijoring and evenings in resort.

Ski & Snow Board
With Paradiski above the village, you have access to Peisey-Vallandry, Les Arcs and La Plagne and around 425 km of pistes to explore. From tree-lined runs to high-altitude skiing, Landry makes a great base for discovering the whole area.

Ski Touring
Leave the pistes behind and explore the mountains under your own power. Ski touring opens up a quieter side of the Tarentaise, with routes ranging from accessible introductions to full days in the high mountains. Local guides are available for those wanting to discover the area safely.
Snow Shoeing
Swap skis for snowshoes and discover the forests, snowy trails and mountain scenery around Peisey-Vallandry. It's a completely different way to experience the mountains and particularly good when you fancy a day away from the pistes.
Skijouring
Something a little different: skijoring combines skiing with horses, pulling you across the snow through the beautiful Nordic area around Peisey-Nancroix. A memorable way to experience the valley beyond the ski lifts.
